    The stay we had at Landmark 81 was superb, we were here under very difficult circumstances whilst our mother in law was fighting Pneumonia at Vinmec international hospital. To come back each time to the amazing dinners at the cloud and we looked forward to breakfast in the morning at Oriental pearl each morning is something that will not be forgotten. All of the staff on each of these floors as well as the concierge who printed out numerous documents with our countless visits to immigration, allowing us to borrow umbrellas during the torrential storms walking to the hospital, they each made us so welcome. It’s something we won’t forget during the difficult four weeks the family had here in Saigon. Something we will always be grateful for. Gobetti Family

    Room 5915, three weeks stay, Vinpearl Hotel. Ho Chi Minh City. The staff were amazing especially breakfast crew Quang, Quincy, and Phu. Wealth of knowledge and hospitality. The Cloud Club crew Ugon, Sam, Lam, Khang, Zane, Sherwin, Quong. So warm and caring; beautiful service.

    Spent my evening at Club Lounge 71 and honestly didn't want to leave. Joyce, Bao, Sherwin, Khang, and Roxie made the whole experience feel so warm and welcoming. They weren't just doing their job, they genuinely made you feel like a guest, not just a customer. The vibe up here is something else. If you're staying at this hotel and skipping the evening service on the 71st floor, you're really missing out. Come up, stay a while, and let these lovely people take care of you.

    My family and I had an amazing time at the lounge on the 71st floor. The food is delicious is delicious and view of the city is breathtaking. The staff is very friendly and the service is one of a kind. We had a chance to meet the entire team which includes Bao, Sherwin, Roxie, Khang, Zane, Huong, Joyce, and Rahim. They all were very nice and attentive but Joyce, Huong, and Rahim went above and beyond to make our experience from ordinary to extraordinary.

A massive thank you to Joyce, Bao, Sherwin, Roxie, and Khang for their exceptional care and hospitality. They made every moment at the lounge so enjoyable, and their friendly, attentive service made me feel valued as a guest.
