The club was renovated in 2023. Guests have a choice of 1378 rooms located in two 8-storey buildings with lifts. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. The resort is very family friendly, lots to do for the kids swimming area, beach on the doorstep and kids club. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

Terrible experience.

A very terrible experience, from the room to the food. The hotel is very noisy, the hallway stinks, the air conditioner in the room doesn't cool, the atmosphere is very chaotic. I definitely will not come back here. At the breakfast counter, I just wanted one salted egg to eat with plain congee and they said they were out. When I asked for 2 boiled eggs, they also said that's all there is. Really shameful for a five-star hotel.
