    Not a great hotel from the services perspective

    Location is perfect. Very beautifully designed hotel with spacious rooms and excellent view from the rooms. Staffs are not so courteous. This may be the only hotel in the world which charges you for the laundry bags. They charged us 30,000 dongs saying it's a policy. Also, not a very good check out experience even when it's a pre-paid trip. They will make you wait for 10-15 mins to check out.Not recommended from the services point of view.     Very beautiful place along the beach, people there very friendly and professional. Room are amazing, the roof top whit swimming pools got a magnificent view on the bay.
