Thuan An Beach is just a 20-minute drive from the hotel and other nearby places of interest include Hue Citadel (7 minutes' drive), Thien Mu Pagoda (15 minutes), Tu Duc Tomb (15 minutes), Minh Mang Tomb (30 minutes) and the city of Da Nang (2 hours' drive).

The hotel has 58 rooms, including 4 suites, 6 single rooms and 42 double rooms, which are located on 8 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock.
