    Small rooms. The items set up in the room are not complete. Worst of all, the TV in the room also can't work but the staff doesn't inform the guests in advance when we check-in.The kettle is also missing and not set up. After the phone came to the front desk, they announced that they were under maintenance and repair, so they forgot that.

    Best hotel in Da Nang city, Viet Nam. I’m very excited about this trip, thank you for services, staffs, food and drinks. Hope to come back and stay against. Nice and friendly.Nearly beaches , national park, famous places to visit.

    Worst hotel of our Vietnam‘s tour

    Friendly staff but unfortunately not everyone understands english and aren‘t helpful to organize trips like to Hoi An, as they do not know about the different options. They don‘t prepare/check the room properly for checkin.First evidence: We needed to change the room twice. First time the room had small ants on the table and the windows had been left open and it was raining outside, so a lot of water came in. Second time the toilet was not clean and the staff needed to come up to clean it, with a towel (!) and some toilet cleaning spray. It seemed that the shower glass was never cleaned properly. The pictures are good looking in comparison with the real room.Second evidence: At checkout they wanted to make us pay for an instant noodle soup from the minibar, which has never been there when we checked in.Poor breakfast and the restaurant seemed not to be clean. First time in my life I skip a free breakfast!

    I was staying at angel hotel and it is very clean and all the workers are joyful and friendly, rooms so beautifully , food is very delicious and service is very satisfied. My khe beach is very good, restaurant a lot of seafood, I will come back😊😘😍😍

    We love the location of this beautiful little hotel. Just a short walk to the beach, it was perfect for a relaxing and quite 3 nights stay. There are plenty of great seafood restaurants nearby. The room is spacious and kept very clean. The people who own this place and work here have gone above and beyond to help us out in every situation, they are just so sweet 😘. They have booked Hoi An tour for us, airplanes tickets, mortobike, and always be there to help us in every way possible. We have so enjoyed the delicious breakfast with so much selection of dishes and the unending cup of Vietnamese coffee. So many thanks to Thao, who has been so awesome with great advise and attention.This would definitely be our go to hotel.
