Location

Centrally located in Hoi An, this resort is about 5 km from the beach.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 52 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning. A balcony or terrace is among the standard amenities in the rooms. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. Sport

The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. Refreshing drinks are served at the poolside snack bar. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the resort, including snorkelling, a gym, aerobics, a spa, a sauna, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Parents can unwind while the kids can participate in an entertainment programme full of fun activities.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. A continental breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The resort also offers special catering options.

    Excellent hotel, great location, clean modern rooms, large pool.This was our second time staying at the Emerald. The location is fantastic - a 3 minute stroll to the night market and a further one minute across the bridge into the old town. The hotel is located on the river so we enjoyed the afternoon cooling breeze. The rooms are large with a modern bathroom. The room we chose also had a large wrap around balcony with 2 chairs and a small drinks table. The pool is huge and clean with lots of sun lounges. The gardens are lovely with lots of grass on each end of the pool. There is a small jetty and a deck with chairs overlooking the river - a nice addition since our first visit. All the staff are really friendly and helpful whether they work in reception, the restaurant, cleaning or gardens. There’s Mrs SA laundry across the road and lots of restaurants a short walk away. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else as the hotel and location are perfect.     This is a lovely place with outstanding staff, friendly and amenable. Nothing is too much trouble. It is very clean, the pool is fabulous and proximity to Old Town is perfect. Breakfast is great and happy hour from 12 to 6 is great value. This was my second stay at Emerald and it will be my destination next time I visit Vietnam.     Really lovely 4 star hotel in a fabulous location

    Really lovely 4 star hotel, just 5 minutes walk into old town Hoian. The hotel offers a tranquil setting overlooking the nearby river. The pool is a perfect place to chill out after exploring Hoian. Couldn’t fault the room product. Beds super comfortable. Room very clean. A few English TV channels too. Breakfast was great with ample selections. Would definitely return to this property.
