    My family had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The staff were enthusiastic, kind, and always willing to help us. Thank you to Ms. Tinh for helping us with our luggage and thank you to the staff at Thao Nguyen My restaurant. We will definitely return if we have the chance.

Nguyen for wonderful and warm welcome us in our stay and 100 percent excellent gives nice accommodation, direction help us in many ways as we first time visited the DANANG …. Thanks for your wonderful accommodation, enjoyed a lot most the foods and surroundings … Love the hotel such includes all staff most to Tia Ny Ann T.Nguyen❤️❤️❤️

    I would say not recommended this place. When I checked in the front desk lady wasn’t friendly at all. My room AC wasn’t working right. It work for a bit and then it stop working. I’ve called the staff came to fix it and one of the staff said: the room have auto system that when it getting cool the ac will stop working. Is it make sense when the room with AC at 18 degree temp is hotter than the one in the hallway with ac 26 degree?

    Great location and lovely rooms We had a beautiful view from our room on the 14th floor Uninterrupted views over the ocean certainly worth the money but not too expensive Very clean

    Very good 4 star hotel opposite Danang Beach. Rooms were clean and comfortable - couldn’t fault them. Nice to have a few English TV channels (Discovery/Nat Geo etc). Roof top pool was used every day. Amazing views from there too. Breakfast had plenty of options for all. Couldn’t fault it at all. Numerous convenience stores within a 5 minute walk of the hotel The only negative, very slow lifts at times (only 2 that service 22 floors). Overall a good comfortable stay
