    Not sure what’s luxury about this hotel apart from the view.It’s dated, room smells of sewage and it’s dirty, the breakfast was not particularly appealing.     I had a wonderful stay in a sea-view room that was spacious, airy, and very comfortable. The highlight of my experience, however, was the kindness of a housekeeping staff member named Ngan.During my stay, I caught a cold and wasn’t feeling well, so I informed housekeeping that I didn’t need my room cleaned. When Ngan saw me, she noticed I didn’t look well and kindly asked how I was feeling. She even offered me some Vietnamese medicated oil to try, which was such a thoughtful and caring gesture.The next day, when we saw each other again, she asked about me, and I was already feeling better. Her genuine concern and warmth made me feel truly cared for, far beyond what I would normally expect.Thank you Ms. Ngan, for your kindness and hospitality. It made my stay extra special.
