    Very clean and comfortable ambience. Staffs were super friendly. Front desk staff Lucie and her friends are very nice and assisted us in all we need. We hired car and our driver Mr Vu was super nice, driving safe, smooth and he was quiet which I liked. Brought us to Ba Na hills and was very punctual as well. Will definitely come back here. Worth the price we paid with the service we got.     Great hotel with amazing amazing stuff. Lucie and Rose especially they went above and beyond for us with anything we needed help with and they also made sure our 3 year wedding anniversary was very memorable. Also the Driver Mr Vu was exceptional he was very friendly, patient and took us everywhere we needed in Hoi an including the coconut boat ride and the memories show and he wanted patiently. Overall very happy with him if you ever need a driver in Da Nang his your guy.     A 5 star hotel experience at 2 star prices. Location is good. Away from the noise of the tourist area / beach but still only $10 by taxi.
