Location

The hotel lies on the An Hoi island in Hoi An, between two arms of the beautiful Thu Bon River is a tranquil oasis where handmade Vietnamese hospitality and modern Western feeling come together. Whether on a leisure holiday or a business trip, the possibilities at River Town Hotel and the surroundings are numerous. Guests can stroll through the UNESCO heritage historical centre of Hoi An or visit one or more tourist attractions – old Buddhist pagodas and temples, colonial shop houses, interesting museums. The convenient location of the hotel lets guest easily reach the historical centre of Hoi An either by foot, bike or a motorbike. Therefore, it is a good starting point for exploring all the different faces of the town – the colourful tourist centre and the unexplored, charming villages on the neighbouring island.

Facility

The resort has a lift and features 76 rooms and 6 suites. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Rooms

Air conditioning and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Most of rooms include a balcony or terrace as a standard feature. The rooms have a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. Other amenities available include an ironing set and a trouser press. A telephone, satellite television, a plug adapter, an alarm clock and WiFi provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Guests can take advantage of the nightly turndown service. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a bathtub. There is a poolside snack bar as well. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking and fishing are available. Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy snorkelling and diving. Sport and leisure facilities at the resort include a gym and aerobics. A spa, a sauna and massage treatments are available in the wellness area. In the evenings, guests can unwind to live music.

Meals

The complex includes a restaurant and a café. A continental breakfast buffet and lunch offer culinary delights every day. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. Alcoholic beverages are available.

    We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Rivertown Resort & Spa and truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, the staff were incredibly friendly, funny, and accommodating, always going out of their way to make us feel welcome and cared for.Our room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable. The buffet breakfast was exceptional with a wide variety of delicious options, and we were especially impressed by how thoughtfully they catered to my food allergies by offering assistance and care to make sure I had a safe experience. The pool area was stunning and such a relaxing highlight of our stay. The location is also unbeatable, offering easy access to all the main attractions and surrounding areas. We loved using the complimentary bikes, which made getting around even more fun and convenient.We were also on our honeymoon, and the hotel made it feel truly special by decorating our room with beautiful honeymoon bed decor, it was such a thoughtful touch that meant a lot to us.Overall, an unforgettable stay.     Hotel staff are very friendly and personable, and provide excellent and helpful service. Their follow-up is seamless from staff to staff, and address our needs very well. Staff has good knowledge of guest details and check in on guest experience regularly. Hotel breakfast has good variety and quality is good. Hotel is located at the quieter end of the river, so getting to old town is a 15-min walk. Hotel room, whilst a little dated, is very clean and has a balcony that provides a good view of the river.     Everything about this hotel was wonderful. They have two pools, the adults only pool is huge with lots of shady lounge chairs and a bar. We loved their eco focus of a no water bottle policy. Fresh filtered water was delivered in jugs to our room, with refill stations on each floor. The hotel has beautiful grounds with two restaurant options- inside with AC or a large lantern filled garden setting. The staff could not have been more helpful. There's a gym and Spa Retreat on site too. It's set by the river in the quiet end of town, only a short stroll from shops and restaurants. In house food was great too. We would definitely return to this hotel.
