The hotel is located on Hon Tam Island, a 110-hectare large paradise in the midst of nature. Hon Tam Island is 7 km away from Nha Trang city in the southwest and the island is only 7 minutes by speed boat from the city.

English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park (no extra charge). Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests who wish to explore the surrounding area by bike will appreciate the bicycle hire service (for a fee). Bicycle storage is also available for a fee. Air conditioning and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. Further amenities include an ironing set and a trouser press. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. A turndown service provides guests with additional comfort in the evening hours. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. The bungalow complex has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

The freshwater pool complex (for a fee) includes indoor and outdoor pools, which are in part heated, as well as a children's swimming area. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub (for a fee). Sun loungers and parasols on the terrace invite guests to relax and unwind. A variety of activities are available at the complex, for example cycling/mountain biking, tennis, golf and fishing or, for a fee, beach volleyball and crazy golf. With water skiing, windsurfing, jet skiing, motorboat rides, banana boat rides, canoeing, sailing, snorkelling and diving available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example squash, callisthenics and aerobics or, for a fee, a gym and billiards. Various wellness options are available at the complex, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments. Parents can unwind while the kids can participate in an entertainment programme full of fun activities.

Various dining options are available, including a dining room, a café, a bar and a pub. Guests can indulge their palates at the non-smoking restaurant, which features air conditioning and a separate area for smokers. Catering options include bed and breakfast and all-inclusive. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between a buffet, à la carte and a set menu. The menu also offers diet meals and children's meals. The complex also offers special catering options. Alcoholic beverages are available.

    I recently had a short stay at Hòn Tằm Resort Nha Trang and overall it was a pretty satisfying experience.In the morning, I had the breakfast buffet. The variety wasn’t huge, but it was enough and suited my taste. The best part was the dining area overlooking the sea—very open, relaxing, and a great way to start the day.The room was clean with a nice view, and the whole resort has lots of greenery, so walking around felt really pleasant. It’s quiet and more suitable for relaxing rather than partying.In the evening, I booked a BBQ at the villa, and this was definitely my favorite part. The seafood was fresh and tasty, and everything was nicely set up. The atmosphere at night was private and breezy with the sea air—super chill, perfect for just sitting, eating, and chatting. Staff were also there to help, so it was very convenient.If you’re looking for a peaceful and private getaway, I think this place is worth trying.     I find some of the negative reviews difficult to understand as my experience was absolutely wonderful. From the moment of arrival the staff we friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Khanh Hoa at reception for her exceptional service.We found the accommodation very adequate and had all the necessary facilities to make our stay comfortable. The restaurant food and service was of a high standard and the breakfast buffet was excellent.Would I come again.     I had a very nice Yoga class with Truong. During class he spoke mostly in Vietnamese and some English (generally, he can speak in English), but it was really easy to follow him anyways. Also, he supported or corrected me during some poses, which was really helpful. Unfortunately, the weather was not great, therefore we did the Yoga class in the gym. I can recommend!
