Mia's overall stay experience was much better than Fusion's. Although they didn't offer me a late check-out, I was completely satisfied with every aspect of my stay at Mia. The birthday cake tasted great, and the hotel's ambiance smelled wonderful.

이번 여행은 가족과 함께 편하게 쉬고 싶은 마음으로 떠난 휴양 여행이었고, 미아 리조트의 아름다운 사진을 보고 여행지를 나트랑으로 결정하게 되었습니다. 기대를 안고 방문했는데, 실제로는 사진보다 더 아름답고 따뜻한 곳이었어요.여행 전 메일로 원하는 객실을 조심스럽게 요청드렸는데, 최대한 반영해주시려고 노력해주신 점에서부터 큰 배려를 느낄 수 있었습니다. 덕분에 여행 시작부터 정말 기분 좋게 머물 수 있었어요.무엇보다 직원분들의 친절함이 오래 기억에 남습니다. 특히 Hoang 직원분께 정말 감사드립니다. 체크인할 때 차분하고 다정하게 하나하나 설명해주시고, 리조트 안에서 마주칠 때마다 먼저 웃으며 인사해주시고 저희 가족을 세심하게 챙겨주셔서 마음이 참 따뜻했습니다. 단순한 서비스가 아니라 진심으로 환대받는 느낌이 들어서 더욱 특별했어요.또 한국에서 유학하셨다는 젊은 남자 직원분께서 먼저 한국어로 편하게 말을 걸어주셨던 것도 정말 감동이었습니다. 타지에서 듣는 익숙한 한국어와 따뜻한 배려 덕분에 가족 모두 더 편안하게 지낼 수 있었어요.마지막 날 공항까지 데려다주신 직원분께도 감사드립니다. 끝까지 안전하게 운전해주시고 편안하게 배웅해주셔서 여행의 마지막 순간까지 좋은 기억으로 남았습니다.덕분에 가족 모두 정말 행복하고 편안한 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다. 다음에 나트랑에 다시 오게 된다면 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶은, 오래 기억에 남을 소중한 리조트입니다.
