How one employee "kills" the entire team's work

  29 Mar 2026

Wonderful hotel! But one employee (VÕ THÀNH VŨ) can ruin the entire impression. My wife broke her leg right before we came. We rented a wheelchair. We left the wheelchair in the luggage storage room because we couldn’t use it on the beach because of the sand. When we came back from the beach, we tried to retrieve the wheelchair from storage. I pointed to the wheelchair and asked the employee to bring it out. My wife was standing at the entrance the whole time, balancing on one leg. This employee started wiping glasses in the storage room and then carried them to the tea station. After that, he began collecting dirty glasses in the hotel lobby. He completely ignored my request to retrieve the wheelchair and tried to push me out of the storage room when i tried to enter. After 10 minutes, I finally managed to get the wheelchair.I believe that such treatment of people with disabilities is unacceptable. His actions undid all the efforts of the hotel staff. The hotel is wonderful. The employee is terrible. Inhuman treatment. A good hotel, large rooms

  23 Feb 2026

This is a big hotel! It copes very well with a large turnaround of guests, and it was Tet!Our room was a good size with good views of the ocean! It doesn’t have a bar area for you to have a drink which is a shame. There is a roof top area but you have to pay extra! The pool area can be very busy and is a cold pool (whilst we were there) compared to the sea!A big downside for us was the amount of sun loungers at the beach area! There was only approx 30 beds for a hotel with over 1000 rooms! We ended up having to pay 150vd for a bed! The guy who looks after the beds is very good and attentive (if you get one! They were taken by 08.30) Breakfast is good with a good variety! NHA TRANG HOTEL HAVANA, Other at Havana Nha Trang Hotel, responded to this review Dear Valued Guest,Thank you very much for taking the time to share such a detailed review of your recent stay with us, especially during the busy Tet period. We truly appreciate your kind comments about our spacious rooms, beautiful ocean views, and the variety offered at breakfast. It’s wonderful to know you had an overall positive experience during such a high-occupancy time.At the same time, we sincerely acknowledge the areas that did not fully meet your expectations. We understand your disappointment regarding the absence of a standard bar area and the additional charge for the rooftop space. Your feedback is valuable and has been noted for future consideration.Regarding the pool temperature and the busy atmosphere, especially during peak season, we understand how this may have affected your comfort. Tet is one of the busiest times of the year, and while we strive to accommodate all guests smoothly, we recognize that certain facilities can feel crowded.Concerning the beach sun loungers, we completely understand your concern about the limited number. According to the regulations set by the Nha Trang Beach Management Board, each hotel is permitted to set up a maximum of 30 sun loungers on the beach area. We truly appreciate your understanding and sympathy regarding this matter. We are glad to hear that our beach attendant provided attentive service whenever possible.Thank you once again for your balanced and thoughtful feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future for an even more enjoyable stay.Warm regards,Guest Relations Officer,Nguyen Oanh

  Great rooftop bar

  02 Jan 2026

We did not stay at the hotel but visited Havana Nha Trang Hotel to check out the facilities, restaurant and rooftop bar. The lobby and reception area look stylish and well designed, making a good first impression. The restaurant experience itself was rather mediocre and did not really stand out. In contrast, the rooftop bar was very good, with a pleasant atmosphere and nice views, making it the highlight of our visit.
