Wonderful hotel! But one employee (VÕ THÀNH VŨ) can ruin the entire impression. My wife broke her leg right before we came. We rented a wheelchair. We left the wheelchair in the luggage storage room because we couldn’t use it on the beach because of the sand. When we came back from the beach, we tried to retrieve the wheelchair from storage. I pointed to the wheelchair and asked the employee to bring it out. My wife was standing at the entrance the whole time, balancing on one leg.This employee started wiping glasses in the storage room and then carried them to the tea station. After that, he began collecting dirty glasses in the hotel lobby. He completely ignored my request to retrieve the wheelchair and tried to push me out of the storage room when i tried to enter. After 10 minutes, I finally managed to get the wheelchair.I believe that such treatment of people with disabilities is unacceptable. His actions undid all the efforts of the hotel staff. The hotel is wonderful. The employee is terrible. Inhuman treatment.

A good hotel, large rooms

This is a big hotel! It copes very well with a large turnaround of guests, and it was Tet!Our room was a good size with good views of the ocean! It doesn’t have a bar area for you to have a drink which is a shame. There is a roof top area but you have to pay extra!The pool area can be very busy and is a cold pool (whilst we were there) compared to the sea!A big downside for us was the amount of sun loungers at the beach area! There was only approx 30 beds for a hotel with over 1000 rooms! We ended up having to pay 150vd for a bed! The guy who looks after the beds is very good and attentive (if you get one! They were taken by 08.30) Breakfast is good with a good variety!

Great location on beach with a great rooftop bar. Lots of great restaurants all around the hotel. The breakfast was very good too.

We did not stay at the hotel but visited Havana Nha Trang Hotel to check out the facilities, restaurant and rooftop bar. The lobby and reception area look stylish and well designed, making a good first impression. The restaurant experience itself was rather mediocre and did not really stand out. In contrast, the rooftop bar was very good, with a pleasant atmosphere and nice views, making it the highlight of our visit.
