    Best lounge & Staff!

    rating21 Sept 2026

Best lounge & Staff! We had a wonderful time at the club lounge. A special thank you to Thao-Jolie, who took such great care of us! She was extremely cheerful, kind, and attentive, making our stay even more special. The Vietnamese coffee we had there was absolutely delicious, and we were truly impressed that they even crafted cocktails to match our preferences. Everyone on the staff was so friendly and welcoming. We would love to stay here again!---(???)???????????????????????????? Absolutely beautiful hotel. Staff are lovely. The beds are super comfy. Housekeeping was thorough. The food at breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of choices. The club lounge had spectacular views and the food and drinks were good. The location is second to none. The foot massage at the spa were incredible.

An Amazing Stay in the Perfect Location

    rating27 Aug 2026

My stay at Sheraton Nha Trang was absolutely amazing. The attention to detail was exceptional, and every member of the staff was genuinely lovely, welcoming, and attentive. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location could not be more perfect—right on the promenade and close to everything.Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

Exceptional Service at Feast and Stunning Views, with Minor Room for Improvement

    rating22 Aug 2026

We recently stayed at the Sheraton Nha Trang and had a wonderful experience overall. The absolute highlight of our visit was the incredible hospitality at Feast Restaurant during the night buffet. Nhung (Aly) and Tien (Kaytie) from the buffet team provided standout customer service. They were incredibly attentive, warm, and went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. Another massive plus is the hotel's location, offering breathtaking, panoramic beach views that truly elevate the stay. However, there were some frustrating customer service friction points regarding how payments are handled. Instead of saving our card details on file to charge everything at check-out, the hotel required immediate payment for every individual service used. For example, they would not even release our laundry until we paid upfront. Having to constantly settle bills on the spot instead of running a room tab felt highly inconvenient for a five-star property. While these rigid payment practices were a bit disappointing, they didn't completely overshadow the otherwise excellent hospitality. We still recommend this hotel, especially for the fantastic restaurant team and the views!
