  Absolutely stunning! The staff was so friendly and absolutely professional. We loved it so much. The fact that the rooms are on the water and the sound of the waves were so calming is an absolute bonus. I would strongly advise that you book the aroma therapy massage. The steam room and sauna were also so stunning. All the way five stars!   Even better than our first stay

  This was our second stay at Vinpearl Luxury Nha Trang, and if anything, this visit felt even more special than the first. The resort itself is beautiful, both in its design and in how well everything is maintained. Check-in was seamless, and we had arranged for our luggage to arrive ahead of us before we reached the resort. Everything was handled perfectly, and our bags were waiting for us without any issue.What really stood out, though, was the warmth and attention from the staff throughout the entire stay. From the concierge and front desk teams to the restaurant, housekeeping, laundry, and everyone we interacted with, the service felt consistently personal and thoughtful. As returning guests, we genuinely felt that extra level of care. Mr. Huy Ð?ng and Ms. Thuy Trang deserve special recognition for going out of their way to make our stay memorable, but the same kindness and professionalism carried across the entire team.Vinpearl Luxury Nha Trang is a beautiful property, but for us, the people are what make it such a special place.   A Truly Wonderful Stay with My Child ??

  Traveling abroad with a young child can be a little stressful, especially in an unfamiliar place. But the wonderful staff at Vinpearl Luxury Resort made us feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for throughout our stay.Everyone was incredibly kind and attentive.   After two years, we once again stayed at Vinpearl Luxury – we still had very fond memories of the paradisiacal tranquility, the beautiful surroundings, and the attentive staff. Our review from 2024 is still online and remains accurate. Nevertheless, there are a few points I would like to mention: Compared to 2024, there are now quite a lot of Russian guests at the resort. One may have nothing against Russians in general, but some of them do behave differently than, for example, the very pleasant Korean guests. A recurring issue is the habit of reserving beach loungers with towels and then simply leaving. The attentive beach attendant did his best to clear them again, but perhaps guests could be kindly reminded that this is not appreciated.A more significant point of criticism is the maintenance of the resort, which—as other reviewers have also mentioned—is slowly showing its age. Again, the work of the teams is not the problem: technicians come quickly when needed, and cleaning, upkeep, and repairs are carried out everywhere. What would be desirable, however, is a more detailed pre-arrival check of the rooms. If a blind doesn’t work, the wardrobe light stays on because the doors are misaligned, or the shower head is dripping, a guest shouldn’t discover this upon arrival — these things should be fixed beforehand.Apart from that, great praise goes to the massage team — unfortunately I no longer remember the names of the therapists, but the massages are truly excellent and professional.Overall, I can still highly recommend Vinpearl Luxury — but the “Luxury” standard should truly be upheld, especially when it comes to the technical condition and maintenance of the facilities. More proactive attention to wear-and-tear issues, room functionality checks, and pro-active repairs would make a noticeable difference.
