TRAVELODEAL CHRISTMAS GIFT VOUCHER – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promoter

This promotion is operated by Travelodeal Ltd, a travel company registered in England and Wales, providing services internationally.

2. Eligibility

This voucher is issued as a goodwill promotional gift to selected existing Travelodeal customers. Eligibility may vary by destination and product availability.

3. Nature of the Voucher

The voucher has no cash value, is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash, credit, or gift cards.

4. Voucher Value

The voucher value will be stated in the promotional email and will be applied as a discount to the total cost of an eligible holiday booking once all conditions are met.

5. Validity & Expiry

·         The voucher must be redeemed against a new holiday booking made before [31/12/2026].

·         Travel may take place after the expiry date provided the booking is confirmed before expiry.

6. Minimum Booking Value

The voucher is valid only on bookings that meet the applicable minimum booking value per booking, excluding insurance, amendments, fees, or ancillary services:

·         £100 / $100 voucher – minimum booking value £1,000 / $1,000

·         £150 / $150 voucher – minimum booking value £1,500 / $1,500

·         £200 / $200 voucher – minimum booking value £2,000 / $2,000

·         £250 / $250 voucher – minimum booking value £2,500 / $2,500

·         £300 / $300 voucher – minimum booking value £3,000 / $3,000

·         £350 / $350 voucher – minimum booking value £4,000 / $4,000

·         £400 / $400 voucher – minimum booking value £4,500 / $4,500

·         £500 / $500 voucher – minimum booking value £5,000 / $5,000

·         £750 / $750 voucher – minimum booking value £6,000 / $6,000

7. Usage Restrictions

·         Voucher cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless expressly stated.

·         Voucher cannot be applied to existing bookings or flights-only bookings (where applicable).

8. Cancellations

If a booking made using this voucher is cancelled, the voucher will be forfeited. Standard Travelodeal cancellation terms apply.

9. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable laws in your country of residence, including:

·         UK Package Travel Regulations (UK customers)

·         U.S. state consumer protection laws (U.S. customers)

·         Canadian provincial consumer protection laws (Canadian customers)

10. Insolvency Protection

ATOL protection applies where applicable for UK package holidays.

11. General

Travelodeal reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time, without affecting bookings already confirmed.
