Don't listen to the bad reviews!

Honestly, we were a little apprehensive due to some of the negative reviews we read just before travelling, but don't understand them at all, we had the best time! There was 12 of us across 3 family rooms and none of us have a bad word to say. The location
Honestly, we were a little apprehensive due to some of the negative reviews we read just before travelling, but don't understand them at all, we had the best time! There was 12 of us across 3 family rooms and none of us have a bad word to say. The location was ideal, the rooms were clean and the staff were all lovely. We didn't go to the Italian restaurant but the food in the Greek by the beach and in the main buffet restaurant was lovely and always had something for everyone, including 2 vegetarians and a 1 year old. Although I would recommend getting to the buffet about an hour before closing as they start to clear away with about 30 mins to go. The drinks also went down a treat. A hint for anyone which is what some of us done was take a flask with you to keep drinks cool, due to the token drink system you can only get one each at a time, but if you have a flask you can fill that up and get another one which allows for a soft drink/water and an alcoholic one too if wanted. That being said I think the token system is a good idea as it really makes a difference in keeping the place clean and tidy with no cups and spilt drinks everywhere which you can get at some all inclusives. All in all, we had a lovely time and me and my partner have already discussed returning for another holiday!

Hotel jsem opět navštívila po 2 letech. Nerozumím negativním recenzím, které jsem se dočetla. Dle mého názoru je stále na velmi dobré úrovni. Jídla dostatek (každý si vybere a kdo ne, je rozmazlený!) pláž u písčitá, krásná, upravená, pozvolný vstup. Dostatek barů, milý zaměstnanci,.. Spokojenost a hodnotím kladně! Nenechte se

I visited the hotel again after 2 years. I don't understand the negative reviews I've read. In my opinion, it is still at a very good level. Plenty of food (everyone chooses and those who don't are spoiled!) the beach is sandy, beautiful, well-groomed, gradual entry. Plenty of bars, nice staff,.. Satisfaction and I rate it positively! Don't be fooled by negative reviews. Sandy Beach is love and I will be back again! ♥

Really pleasant stay. Our room was basic but comfortable and quiet. Staff were all pleasant and helpful and facilities were great.

Food at the main restaurant was varied and tasty. Of the two included a la carte restaurants, the Greek one was so so but the Italian was excellent. We went out to a couple of tavernas outwith the resort too which were great.
The pool was great but tricky to get sunbeds if you weren't there early. Plenty of sunbeds available and included on the beach though which was great. Everything within comfortable walking distance and plenty of options for exploring further afield if you wanted.

The slides were great for my kids, they loved the time on the slides! The beach was very clean with plenty of sunbeds and crystal clear water and many fishes swimming around. lThe staff at the resort was so kind and helpful. The guest relation specialist, Artemis, was so nice and fantastic. She helped us with the celebrations of our daughter b-day and made her day special. Thanks a bunch! I would definitely love to come again here and recommend it for families with kids. 🤩☺️
