Lovely family vacation

I stayed 10 days with my family (twins 3.5 y) in Swiss Inn from June 26th until July 6th 2024 and I would say we had great time. Lovely and attentive stuff (Mohamed who cleaned our room-4213 every day and all personal at the reception desk). Lovely and attentive stuff (Mohamed who cleaned our room-4213 every day and all personal at the reception desk). Variety of food in different restaurants, clean and spacious room but for me most important fun for kids all day (playroom, aquapark, mini disco) that was the best from July 1st when entertainment team changed (special THANK YOU to Natalija Pecovnik). I would definitely come again with my family :)

The beds are really soft and comfortable. Food is good but could be better. The staff are so friendly and kind its unreal. I really love how the staff always take time to talk with the guests. I really love how the staff always take time to talk with the guests. Shower has a weak stream and the water is always hot and very hard to control. The animation team in Swiss Inn is unlike any other. They are the best and the friendliest i have ever seen. They are so kind and amazing. The Asian food in the Marina restaurant is absolutely awful. Chicken is very rubbery and the food has no flavour. Besides that everything in the hotel is amazing.
We hope to come back in the future.

We had a great holiday at Swiss Inn. There is an army of staff working hard to keep the place working well, safe, spotless clean and with excellent food and drink. It has its own beach just a few steps away, with parasols and towels, and a great beach restaurantWe had a great holiday at Swiss Inn. There is an army of staff working hard to keep the place working well, safe, spotless clean and with excellent food and drink. It has its own beach just a few steps away, with parasols and towels, and a great beach restaurant with a personnel of young men working incredibly hard in scorching heat to keep everyone happy, including going up and down the beach serving cold drinks and serving a fabulous barbeque every evening. The reception staff and customer service are very nice and helpful (thanks Tatjiana). The place has a good vibe - safe and clean, and at the same time with a relaxed, chilled feel, without any pretentiousness. I personally was very happy not to have any stag or hen parties, or any rowdy customers being excessively drunk and noisy - it is not the place for this. It is ideal for families, couples of any age, friends looking to enjoy beach and explore Egypt and even single customers looking for a relaxing holiday.

I am a guest at the hotel with my family for the second time (2023, 2024) and I want it to continue to be myI have the need to announce myself as a friend of the hotel who wants to first of all point out some failings of individuals. I am a guest at the hotel with my family for the second time (2023, 2024) and I want it to continue to be my favorite destination that I have been visiting for 25 years (Egypt). My first disappointment was upon arrival at the hotel. My wife and my grandchildren (5 and 7 years old) came to the hotel. I asked them to give me a premium room that I paid for, and if possible as close to the beach and on the ground floor, considering that I am an elderly man (70 years old) and that the children are Jelena, who is unfortunately from my country, immediately told me that those rooms are full and that they are charged extra for 25 euros per day They gave me a room on the second floor and away from the beach. I went to the room in the afternoon and asked Mr. Mustafa to change my room promised to change my room tomorrow, which he did, for which I am very grateful. I had to write this to prevent abuse from certain people at the reception. I also have to mention that Jelena took $20 for that service 20E from my friends I sincerely hope that you will take this email of mine as valid information and that the management will act correctly. Staff were excellent particular Hassan on pool duty a really helpful individual.
However I went on an all inclusive holiday for 14 days. The food was for the most part awful with limited choice in all restraunts. The alcohol was mostly limited cheap local brews, cocktails and fruit juices were poorStaff were excellent particular Hassan on pool duty a really helpful individual.

The room was sad and really needed updating. Internet was almost none exsistant. There were a couple of black outs to contend with.
The hotel allow third parties in to sell trips and massages which are masivly over priced and not worth the money. Best to book trips online and not at the hotel and avoid the massages just not worth the money. Also avoid the 'Chill Out Saloon' very poor and stupidly expensive. All in all it's a cheap short break but I think in retrospect better to spend a little more money and go to one of the many other well documented resort hotels in the area.
