7 Nights Luxury All Inclusive Morocco Beach Escape W/Flts

My review will not be able to share all the love and good for this hotel! From the moment you step into the main doors everyone is so friendly and willing to help you and make your stay as easy as possible. The checking process is seamless, although take your luggage as took a good few hours for ours to arrive and we wanted to get out in the sun. The rooms are really comfortable with lots of bathroom complimentary accessories and a good hairdryer too. Beds are very comfortable, rooms modern and clear and great sized! Getting a sun lounger is no mission compared to some hotels previously stayed at as there are plenty and lots of space too. There are some really lovely comfortable lounges too. There are 7 fantastic pools and 3 incredibly large jacuzzi’s. Access to food and drink through the day is seamless too. The beach is really nice, but be prepared to be a little bit pattered for outside of hotel activities and purchases. As two women friends together this was a little intimidating and do not take pictures of the camels, be prorated for conflict. The spa was beautiful although a little bit different to what is available at home, just go with it and enjoy and it is good value for money with friendly beauty therapist. I am gluten free and was very worried about the food but there is so much choice a that it was easy for me to navigate my way around. If I was to be critical I would request more prepared fruit for breakfast. For breakfast, lunch and dinner there are plenty of live cooking stations offering freshly prepared food to your taste. I e went to the Moroccan restaurant for one night of our stay and it was delicious and we tried food we wouldn’t never have ordinarily had and was surprised and would very much recommend. Finally, all of the staff are remarkable, working incredible hard and tireless to ensure you have a great stay. The entertainment team and friendly and work long hours too with a variety of day time and evening entertainment. You won’t be bored if you like to do things whilst away. We would return here again as it is an amazing hotel, fantastic and friendly staff and really good value for money. Thank you!!!!

I stayed here for one week arriving 29 Apr. My friend & I chose this hotel mainly because it was adults only. This is not a 5☆ however I would rate it a 4☆. The great stuff: • spotlessly clean • clearly a new-ish hotel and finished to high end spec. • huge bathrooms • showers in rooms were multi jet function & toiletries provided daily. • rooms cleaned and fresh towels daily • good air-con • mini-bar stocked midweek with fizzy pop • coffee machine / bottled water in rooms daily • huge comfy beds • ample sun loungers. Not allowed to reserve which is fine in adults only. Loungers are well spaced out around the pool grounds • pools are beautiful to swim in & the waterfall in the main pool was good fun. Pools felt cold but still able to swim in to cool off. • all inclusive food options were good and varied from traditional favourites to local tagine cuisine. The bread was baked fresh in house. The pastry and bread selection was pretty impressive. • self-serve fizzy drinks. • Moroccan dining experience was nice with traditional live music setting the ambience. • well organised excursions can be booked at reception for a fair price. • £45 return taxi to Agadir Souk & the taxi driver waited whilst you shop. Organise through reception. • beachfront location. Long sandy beach & promenade to walk along & perfect sunset spot. Areas for improvement: • the cocktails are poor & made from very weak spirits. Bar staff will not deviate from the cocktail menu. • the entertainment is far too loud and there's no escaping the noise. R&B music blasts out all day. This is dangerously on the edge of an 18-30s vibe and not a relaxing adults only hotel. Please consider some chillout music at a lower volume for part of the day to satisfy all guests of all ages, not just those who want to grind to R&B all day. • evening entertainment was a mixed bag. When it wasn't our cup of tea we would retire to bed. Far too much shouting down a microphone not understanding a single word. Some dance performances were enjoyable to watch. • as an adults only hotel, guests should be trusted to serve themselves beer & wine at least at meal times. This would prevent frustrating long waits at meal times for drinks. This is the only adults only hotel I have stayed in where guests cannot help themselves to beer/wine/fizz. Overall the hotel exceeded expectations with just a few niggly bits pointed out above that would have made the stay a 5☆.

The hotel and gardens were very clean as was our room.Staff were friendly and helpful when asked for information. Breakfast was ok and there was plenty of choice although if you like the full English breakfast you will be disappointed as there are no sausages, bacon or baked beans. Lunch and evening meals again plenty of choice but if staying 10 days gets repetitive. There is not a single teaspoon in the whole of the hotel and cutlery was short at most meals. Make sure you leave something on your table when you go to get your desert a couple of times we returned to find our table cleared and other people sitting there.
