The 5-star Pyramisa Beach Resort Sharm El Sheikh is set along a private 700-metre stretch of golden-sand beach in Sharks Bay. The resort is just a 10-minute drive from the airport, and it's in a prime location for exploring the Red Sea's world-class snorkelling and diving sites.

Good hotel and rooms, room with sea view is perfect. In front of hotel a really clean sea because cool reef next to the beach ( better to use facemask due good views underwater:) Food is ok Personal is ok Diving and many other activities are present Good hotel and rooms, room with sea view is perfect. Had a amazing stay very nice hotel , food , room everything was very nice , only downside was the reception team not very helpfull not very happy seemed very miserable, I would like to say big thank you to Victoria who is the guest relations manger she was Had a amazing stay very nice hotel , food , room everything was very nice , only downside was the reception team not very helpfull not very happy seemed very miserable, I would like to say big thank you to Victoria who is the guest relations manger she was amazing really made sure we have everything for our stay went above and beyond, only reason this review gets a 5 star is due to Victoria very friendly and helpfull ,really wish her all the best and she definitely deserves a promotion this resort need more staff like her , thank you Victoria for everything really appreciate it , sorted us out for my wife's bday , if you do come to this resort anything u need ask for Victoria the front dest staff I wouldn't trust them, the pool side staff and the animation team where amazing the only let down was the reception team they need training on how to smile and not ripping of people when asking for taxi price

All was good until the checkout. Where my son left his iPad behind. After we left and arrived home we contacted the hotel and informed them that we lost an iPad with its case/ bag, the operator informed the management and they said they will contact us, which they never All was good until the checkout. Where my son left his iPad behind. After we left and arrived home we contacted the hotel and informed them that we lost an iPad with its case/ bag, the operator informed the management and they said they will contact us, which they never did . The second day all their phone lines were suspended for the whole day. I don't know what kind of a hotel that has all its lines suspended. Unfortunately we had to report a theft case at the police station due to the carelessness to the management on returning the ipad.

DONT EVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL! THE WORST HOTEL IVE EVER STAYED AT IN MY LIFE They wouldn’t let us leave the hotel due to them loosing a paper card that gives you access to a towel. 5 men ganged up on 2 girls and a child to intimidate them into DONT EVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL! THE WORST HOTEL IVE EVER STAYED AT IN MY LIFE They wouldn’t let us leave the hotel due to them loosing a paper card that gives you access to a towel. 5 men ganged up on 2 girls and a child to intimidate them into not letting them leave the resort because of this. Nearly making us miss our flight back home, Awful experience!! Not even that the hotel itself is awful and run down. Even once the refurbishments are done this would still not be a 5 star resort. They take your money and then decide to tell you that the main pool is not in use and only access to a small pool instead that has awful sunbeds and blaring music all day! The food was awful and cold especially the buffet we all became very unwell. Drinks are always warm and not much choice. Rude staff especially the lifeguards in the swimming pool and reception staff. The lifeguard were telling my child she wasn’t aloud to jump in a deep pool that she couldn’t even touch the floor in anyway. The toilets are dirty and unclean. Especially that near the ping pong table. Entertainment during the day and evening was rubbish! The only good thing that I can note about this hotel was the cleaner in block 1000 (we don’t get his name) he was excellent and went above and beyond making exciting displays for the children. Also the lifeguard on the beach Abramo was fantastic and so friendly. Overall I would stay elsewhere if visiting Sharm and this hotel is currently a building site and not pleasant at all. Our shower also flooded the whole floor too. All they can note is that I didn’t raise any concerns to the managers however they did not feel approachable to do so anyways.

We stay at the resort for four nights and we really enjoy the beach,views and vibes at the resort.
