Wonderful place to be, it is a good resort with a lot of facility.
It is a good place for young and elder people.
Clean rooms, cleans pools. You could see the fish swimming in the see it was clear see.
Food was good a lots of options also same with

AVOID! Disappointing holiday

This is not a 5* hotel as it boasts to be! We have stayed in many 5* hotels around the world and this does not even come close.
If you are looking for a budget hotel then it’s fine but don’t expect any luxuries.
The main restaurant looks like a school
This is not a 5* hotel as it boasts to be! We have stayed in many 5* hotels around the world and this does not even come close.
If you are looking for a budget hotel then it’s fine but don’t expect any luxuries.
The main restaurant looks like a school canteen- full & depressing.
The a lay carte restaurant has nicer views but you can only book to eat there 2-3 times per / week stay.
The staff are friendly but are often stressed out due to the large number of guests. Some do not speak English so it takes longer for your order to arrive.
The air conditioning in our room did not work so it was absolutely awful trying to sleep. On Day 4 of our stay we could smell the stench of sewage directly outside of our room ( 976) and complained to the Manager who allocated another room to us where the air containing unit was leaking!!
It is not the most baby/ pram friendly place as there are many stairs ( lifting a pram in the boiling heat is not easy).
The main Reception has no air conditioning and not many places in the hotel does. There are often large queues to speak to Reception/ Guest Relations.
The best part of our stay was eating the crepes if you can get a table. We will not be returning to the Mitsis chain of hotels as we were hugely disappointed!!

Most friendly and helpful receptionists and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. Our room was clean, stylish with a beautiful sea view. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Especially big shout to Blerta!!!

Brilliant family holiday

Visited as a family with 2 teenagers. The staff are so friendly and are obviously treated well by the Mitsis company as they comment about loving their jobs. The staff regularly went the extra mile for us. A special thank you to

The kids loved the creperie. Often visiting more than once a day. The a la carte restaurant is the most beautiful beach setting and food good. We ate in all 3 and booked easily ahead of our stay via the app.
The hotel is so clean. Our beds and linen were changed every day and fridge restocked. Such hard working staff obvious in all areas of the hotel.
Good range of food in buffet and the pizza on the beach is great. Several bars with less wiring than you would do at home.
Very comfy loungers around the pool and in the beach. Could do with more lounger at pool but we always got one.
Cocktails individuate and good selection not premixed.
I would recommend this hotel and would return.

Het was een erg leuk hotel, vooral de main bar was erg gezellig. The special enardi blerta liza christos dimitris clapudio the nice bar tender dimitris….the restaurant is very good and the food is amazing… i like the amaretto sour!!! Everything is very good….
