Such a lovely hotel

Lovely hotel. Really enjoyed our stay. Our room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The buffet was delicious every day. They had fantastic entertainment every night including violinists. Very enjoyable and luxury, such a great location too. One of my favourite hotels that I have stayed at, so beautiful

Relaxing Holiday. Mixed Bag.

Relaxing holiday, and Rhodes is still lovely this time of year. I recommend going to The Old Town as the locals are in kind and helpful, and the town itself has so much history. Bar staff are amazing, big shout out to George and Petros! Such a lovely guys and
Relaxing holiday, and Rhodes is still lovely this time of year. I recommend going to The Old Town as the locals are in kind and helpful, and the town itself has so much history. Bar staff are amazing, big shout out to George and Petros! Such a lovely guys and their drinks are always amazing. The place itself is beautiful and lovely to look at, looks very luxurious and aesthetically pleasing. Really loved the pool bar restaurant, always great variety and great staff on there that are always pleasant.
Onto the negatives, there are quite a few I'm sorry to say. I honestly wouldn't call this a 5 star hotel, I would say it's 4 star at the least, there were a few problems we ran into. The women at the spa hassled people by the pool and at the outside the restaurant for treatments and tried to haggle with people on the prices so they would book treatments, I don't really think this is appropriate or professional for some people trying to enjoy the holiday they've spent a lot of money on.
The pool was cold, and even on the pools that people paid extra for were extra cold so they couldn't use it.
The food wasn't great in variety at the main restaurant, I think breakfast was a bit of a let down too. The dinner staff seemed like they didn't want to be there, and would rather be anywhere else to be honest, but then again it's been a long season for them, so I understand. Also some dishes weren't labelled at all, which was pretty bad if someone had a serious allergy and then ate it, just something to consider, as I could not tell what some dishes were also.
The beach is very stony and not sandy, not great for disabled people if you'd like to access it. But great for snorkelling and had a lovely time in the water and sunshine.
Not the hotels fault, but some of the guests were pretty strange with their behaviour, they like to stare a lot and I even noticed some rude guests glaring/smirking at me and others for no reason and being unkind? I must admit this ruined the experience of the trip a bit and was rather upsetting towards the end. I've honestly never experienced this in any other hotel before.
I don't mean for this to be negative as there were many great parts of the holiday and I enjoyed it, but towards the end the negatives were hand in hand with the positives in the end. If you're looking for a 5 star hotel, look elsewhere and save your money, we feel like we've spent quite a lot and it was lacking in some areas to be honest.
I would come back to Rhodes/Greece, but not this hotel. Definitely if these issues are fixed 100% can see the potential for an amazing hotel. Thank you.

Perfect little relaxing Getaway!

I stayed here for a week in October with my partner as a last little sunny getaway before our baby is born. Fantastic hotel, brilliant staff, lovely location and gorgeous weather.

I stayed here for a week in October with my partner as a last little sunny getaway before our baby is born. Fantastic hotel, brilliant staff, lovely location and gorgeous weather.
Just a few niggles first - Mainly the food signage in the restaurant. May be an issue if you have allergies or fussy like us. We generally eat most things, except my partner doesn't eat pork or cheese and myself fish. There was signs at the entrance stating what each pictured image meant in regards to allergens, however these images then were not anywhere else or by the food. The foods weren't labelled half the time and when they were, not always accurate. And when you ask the staff what things are they are a little dismissive.
Also we were in a room with a lift opposite (pointless lift as the floor above was also on a ground floor like ours, due to the hill) and due to the winds at night I was woken up in the night multiple times due to the banging of the doors. We did call reception at midnight in hoping they could help and they just put a napkin in the door, which did the trick, so we just kept replacing this throughout the week.
Also, you need €10 cash deposit per pool towel you would like! We don't tend to carry cash this day in age and think this is a very out-dated concept... especially when there's no ATM nearby (there was one in sister hotel 5 minutes up the big hill, but this was out-of-order most of the week).
Oh, and 2 of the A La Carte restaurants are set menus, so a little tricky if you don't like cheese or fish. Shame there's not just even 2 items per course to chose from (could've done through normal and veg menu, but they didn't like doing that at all)!
Otherwise... No more niggles! Just thought I'd mention these, especially the food one as this is quite a big deal and needs to be looked at before someone has an allergic reaction.
OTHERWISE... and the reason I put 5*s... Is because the pool was relaxing with a strict no reserving sun-beds rule people abided to, and the poolside snack bar was wonderful! Fresh Greek Gyros' every day and other bits.. and the freshly made Crepes here at 4pm everyday!!
Constantina at the bar by the pool was lovely and did not stop working and going above and beyond for everyone... including making my partner millions of Strawberry Mojitos!
The main bar of the evening was a pleasure thanks to the best bar man (that I am SO ashamed I cannot remember his name!!!) He made sure to come up with new and lovely Mocktails for me every evening going above and beyond with us every night and was actually quite emotional saying goodbye!
There was 3 pool tables (and other games) here and we loved these! Shame you had to pay for them, but we loved having a few games every evening!
The bus stop to go into Rhodes Old Town was just a 5 minute walk up the hill on the main road. Very big comfortable buses, however not often enough for the demand. Most buses didn't stop due to being too full and they were only every half hour, meaning waiting over an hour some times.. So if there's 4 of you, worth getting a taxi for the same cost as 4 single tickets. But otherwise, a great system.
So basically... RELAXING, FRIENDLY... the drinks and pool snacks were just amazing... we would definitely recommend this hotel, and Rhodes!!!!

Me and my family enjoyed staying at this hotel 😄
The main restaurant was lovely , lots of delicious food and kind waiters/waitresses.
Pools were nice , except for the fact that they are very cold 🥶

Our rooms were nice but we did find that parts of the floors and walls had a sticky substance on them? Our beds were not changed all week and it Our corridor had a strong smell of cigarettes coming from housekeeping to the point where I had to hold my nose whilst walking past.
We didn't watch mutch of the entertainment but the bits that we did watch were lovely.
I do reccomend coming to this hotel, as there were a lot more positive features than negative.

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful place.
Spotlessly clean, attentive staff, fantastic food, good entertainment.
We visited as a family of 6 and loved it. The teenagers appreciated the great wifi!
Popped to old Rhodes town one day, and was in awe!

Don’t forget your beach shoes for the private beach, it’s gravel but the snorkelling and fish were amazing!
Hang on to those beach shoes…. As the tiles in the main pool are very sloppy!!
Overall …. We can’t wait to go back!!
