There are 3 hotels in this cluster, I think some reviews here are for the other 2 hotels. Easy mistake to make.
The 2 others are bigger, more central, better facilities.

The hotel is clean, rooms are a decent size and it’s peaceful. The food was very limited as it’s a small hotel, we had dinner the first night then complained about lack of choice and we were able to pay 6E pp per day to eat and use facilities at the Oasis Taurito which has much greater choice of food a bigger pool/pool bar and it’s where the gym and spa is located.
There’s nothing wrong with the Costa Taurito, it’s a good base to explore but if you are looking for a good all inclusive holiday and wanting a pool scene, entertainment and a lot going on, it’s probably not for you. A lot of the guests were older people travelling independently from other European countries. The entertainment for the whole group of 3 hotels is pretty poor, we hardly saw the animation team. The resort is ok but we had a car to travel to other resorts every day. The waterpark is good if you’ve got children and free to use.

Had an amazing 10 days of winter sun.
The only disappointments was the food was average. It wasn't bad, but wasn't great either. Lots of food, salads, fruit, desserts available but the dinner side needed improvement. Secondly, it was annoying booking an all inclusive hotel but being told you had toHad an amazing 10 days of winter sun.

Ive been to all inclusive hotels in the past with ALL sports included.
Lastly, the service was almost great.
A few miserable staff members.
The ones that really stood out and were an absolute joy to meet were David, Priscilla and Yeniel. These were so friendly, always greeted us with a smile and made our holiday!!!

Great Hotel so clean

I am a solo traveller.
I felt very safe at this hotel the ladies and gentlemen on reception were so welcoming and helpful if you had a problem were always their to help . The cleaning ladies so friendly and doing an amazing job clean towels andI am a solo traveller.
I felt very safe at this hotel the ladies and gentlemen on reception were so welcoming and helpful if you had a problem were always their to help . The cleaning ladies so friendly and doing an amazing job clean towels and sheets every day. The room was very clean and spacious.
I only had one problem it was with the food. Cold meats ham, turkey etc are put out for breakfast. When it comes to lunch and Dinner later no cold meats to go with the salad as all the hot food has sauces that do not really mix with salad.
The pool area looked lovely and also very clean but I am a beach person. But would definitely recommend an I would stay again. All the staff are doing a great job !!

We came over for October half term and was very concerned after reading the reviews online.
We were overall very happy with our stay. Thought the food choice was great, drink choice good, rooms big and clean and always got a sun bed no matter what time of day we gotWe came over for October half term and was very concerned after reading the reviews online.
We were overall very happy with our stay. Thought the food choice was great, drink choice good, rooms big and clean and always got a sun bed no matter what time of day we got to the pool. We did trick or treating round the other hotels in the area on Halloween and actually I far preferred our more chilled out hotel as the others seemed so big and busy.
Entertainment is ok, usual hotel entertainment that is shared with the other hotels and there are lots of things to do for kids in that area, but all at extra cost so make sure you have some euros!
I would say there were only a couple of downsides to the hotel itself, absolutely no entertainment in the evening, there was one night when it rained so couldn’t sit at the outside entertainment bit so sat at the hotel bar but would be good if a singer or something is also going on there, also be better if there was another pool table as there was a queue for it all the time.
Pool was a bit cold, and annoying that the kids weren’t allowed to play ball or have inflatables but is what it is.
Beach was nice and we went to a couple of bars down there to watch football and have lunch so more there than was expecting. We had a lovely relaxing time.
Overall we had a nice stay and would recommend it to people looking for a fairly chilled week in the sun.

To all of the people that go away and look for a cracked tile to photograph, a chip/crack in a plate or maybe a cockroach, I would normally ask this: Why do you even go on holiday!? You're not going to be happy anywhere, so stay at home and be miserable, but with a few more quid in your pocket. Leave having fun to the rest of us.
This time though, I want say thanks to you. You came out in sufficient numbers this time to lower my expectations and I was therefore very pleasantly surprised in almost every area.
Rooms: Large, well provisioned and cleaned to a high standard every single day. Powerful showers that have no fluctuation in temperature at all, these were a real plus. I won't comment on beds, it's always silly to, because what's comfortable to one person, won't be to another and vice versa. For me personally though, an extra pillow would've been good. I could obviously have asked for this though, had it been a big problem.
Food: Way better than we expected after the reviews. Always hot and plenty enough choice.
Drinks: Exactly as we'd expect.
Staff: All the hotel staff were perfectly friendly and helpful. Maybe those that have encountered (allegedly) rude staff should try speaking to them better, using a little Spanish and generally just being polite themselves. We've travelled extensively over the years and have NEVER had rude staff in a hotel, but we always pile our dishes etc neatly after use, say 'Gracias' when they're collected, 'Buenos dias' to the cleaners... It's really not hard. However... The old guy down at the entertainment area bar (separate from the hotel, but part of the chain/all inclusive) really needs to be reigned in about how he slams drinks down and addresses some customers (not me), which were mainly from the other hotel. I mentioned it as an observation to the bar manager there, but he didn't want to hear it. Part of the reason I only gave 4 stars.
Pool: Absolutely freezing cold. No jumping in (walking into a pool that cold is strictly the behaviour of psychopaths!), no balls, inflatables... Not much fun for little ones and the other reason for only 4 stars.
Waterpark: Brilliant. We went 29/10 - 5/11 and there were no queues at all, so we could cram loads in. There are absolutely loads of sunbeds available too.
To the management -
Thanks for a great stay. I would definitely recommend the hotel and think that, for what we paid, it represents fantastic value.
