Highly avoidable

Area has many strip/nude bars. So be careful if travelling with kids.
20/15 mins walk from Tivoli/Central Station.
Rooms are very very small & they allocate the worst rooms for prepaid bookings & then try to upsell. Std Room is maybe ok for 1 person if you are used to confined spaces.Area has many strip/nude bars. So be careful if travelling with kids.

Rooms are very very small & they allocate the worst rooms for prepaid bookings & then try to upsell. Std Room is maybe ok for 1 person if you are used to confined spaces. B'fast is expensive at NOK 195 per person. Better have in numerous cafes at stones throw.
There is no space in the room for any storage & just a small round table is all you get. No fridge, tea/coffee maker, no safe ... nothing. The bathrooms are super tiny & taking a bath is like being a contortionist. Very little lighting in room, so it appears dull & gloomy. Bed size is super small like max 48", so not even a queen.
Many steps to the hotel entry/reception & numerous obstacles during your journey to the rooms with luggage, so people with mobility not at 100%, very avoidable.
However common areas are well made & cheerful, if that is any consolation.

Rooms very small and dark but courtyard where you can have a drink was great. No water in the room and no daily service unless you ask. Very pleasant hotel. Central to the city 10 minutes walk from the train station. Really good breakfast with plenty of options. The room was comfortable. Only issues were the TV is chromecast only, we don't have apps on our phones, so no TV. The room was a bit warm butVery pleasant hotel. Central to the city 10 minutes walk from the train station. Poor value for money

For the price this was an extremely poor value hotel.
Delux room was fairly basic. Clean but no safe, limited (hard to access) storage and no tea coffee making facilities at all which is generally standard.
Pillows were just cushions and impossible to get comfy on

No aircon so had to open windows onto a noisy street
Shower/bathroom was a poorly designed wet room where the pull out shower doors didn't stop any water getting underneath so the who room was wet most the time and took an age to drain
TV was chrome cast only so if you don't have apps to cast and or time to mess about you're limited to radio. Almost always use a Hdmi cable to connect my laptop but it was impossible to get to so couldn't. Ended up not using the TV and watching laptop.
Space between bed and window poor and had a radiator pipe in the middle. When the curtains are closed this is hidden so opening the curtains I kicked the pipe and broke a toe.
This is a basic standard hotel with no bells nor whistles and offers extremely poor value for money in my opinion. I stay in Copenhagen frequently and will be reverting back to my usual 3-4 hotels in future.

Mayfair Hotel was an ideal choice for short break. It is only a block away from Central Station a ten minute walk where you can get a train connection to and from the airport . We had a double room which was a bit basic butMayfair Hotel was an ideal choice for short break. It is only a block away from Central Station a ten minute walk where you can get a train connection to and from the airport . We had a double room which was a bit basic but clean and plenty hot water from shower. Comfortable bed, a bit hot during night in room though. There are no tea/ coffee making facilities in room which we missed. The breakfast was lovely. Plenty choice and beautifully presented. Very friendly reception and restaurant staff. Situation is central for most attractions. Would recommend
