    Delivered exactly what I was expecting based on my stays at other Ibis hotels

    It was exactly what I wanted and expected from an Ibis hotels. I've stayed in other Ibis hotels in Europe and so I had an idea of what to expect. No frills but it was nice and clean and looked recently updated. The bathroom in particular was nice clean. When I travel, I'm just looking for a nice, centrally located hotel to store my stuff while I'm out sightseeing and enjoying the city and the hotel was exactly that. There is a Hop on-Hop off bus stop just on the other side of the park and a fair number of restaurants in walking distance or a short Uber ride away. The breakfast was a decent spread with pastries, eggs and deli meats that I'd expect for most hotels like this. Also, a very strong wifi signal which was nice to be able to stream a show in the evening and relax after a full day of exploring the city. Not much of a view but that wasn't big on my list for this trip. Also, the mattress was on the stiff side which I didn't mind but just something to be aware of if you like a softer mattress. Overall, the hotel delivered exactly the experience and stay I was looking for my trip.

    Great experience for a economy brand

    Considering the expectations that I have for the Ibis brand (an entry/economy level hotel), my experience was great.The check-in process in the front desk was a differential. I was tired and had a few bags, but the person of the staff that received me was really quick and smart. I didn’t write her name down, but she really deserves the compliment!That day, one of the two elevators wasn’t working, but overall infrastructure of the hotel is good and the space of the room that I had was nice.I would return to this hotel, for sure.

    Good in many ways, but rooms not up to usual Ibis standard

    I stayed at this hotel for 3 separate bookings of 2 nights each, during February and March 2020, staying in different rooms each time.I found the staff generally very helpful. The location is very good, being right on Plaza de Congreso. The breakfast is reasonable. However the rooms are not up to usual Ibis standard and need renovating. One room I was given (13.12) was quite dirty - clumps of dust on the floor, the sink had hairs in it, the window frames were badly rusting and the taps worn. I was transferred to another room which was better, but there's an overall need for renovation.

    Everything is all right, good location, good breakfast, standard Ibis standard. But ignored my two emails asking for an airport pick up, and refused a late check out even on a weekday.     Very old hotel facilities

    All the facilities of the hotel are very old and not well maintained. The bathroom of our room was horrible. I don't even want to sit on the toilet. Staff are not well-trained and not helpful at all.
