    Room wasn't clean...small and noisy from the street. Room service was fast but the food was not good. My sandwich was soggy and the chips were very oily. The room was too hot and the temp wouldn't go below 19 deg. Doona was too hot.

    Great hotel in central location, well maintained with great facilities. Friendly staff who are always have a smile and warm greeting. Hotel restaurants serve good food and reasonable prices. Breakfast is excellent especially if part of the room package. Uber / Taxi collects right outside which is super convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel if staying in Brisbane.

    I'm always happy to stay at Hyatt hotels, and Brisbane was another standout. While the hotel iw nothing syecial, it's very well positioned, with an entrance to a busy mall. The staff are extremely well trained and most pleasant to deal with - no matter what. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and won't hesitate to repeat the experience.

    The Hyatt Brisbane was an incredible stay. The Room was great and clean with all amenities. The restaurants and Bars were terrific and had excellent experience in Wine and Cocktails. Location is right on the mall so access was awesome.

    Great location, very helpful staff and excellent breakfast.Room was fresh and new with adaptable layout, very comfortable bed.Pool perfectly usable for a stopover hotel.Would definitely recommend.
