The hotel has 160 rooms, which are located on 17 storeys and are reachable by 2 lifts. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. Additional facilities include a TV room. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car (for a fee).     Good location for me. Room was very good, big bathroom couple of easy chairs, good ac.No complimentary bottled water in room, was told you can drink tap water and there's a water dispenser in lobby, first for me. Cutting costs here and there but still. Ordered room service, wasnt great and expensive. Was given a complimentary beer when i had grumble to the steward, unexpected but appreciated the jestcher.     Absolutely loved our stay, huge room, very clean, great location, facilities were all we needed for a one night stay for a theatre night out so location was perfect. Breakfast was great and enough of it and great variety. Staff were extremely helpful. Yes there are renovations going on at the moment but that didn't bother us.     I’d stay clear of this hotel in the future

    Friendly staff, good location but the standards at this hotel are shocking. Very small room with no air, lights in the hallway coming through the sides of the door. Looked like a horror film. Food was terrible. What was shocking is that due to the renovation work going on the noise in the morning is awful and escape routes are hard to find, we had a fire alarm go off at 4am one night and it wasn’t easy to find the escape route down the stairs from my room. Map on the door was incorrect.     Great Value 4-Star Hotel Close to Melbourne Central

    This hotel offers great value if you are looking for a 4-star experience at a genuine price, close to the city. It is just a 10-minute walk to Melbourne Central, and there are many other services nearby, including free trams, making it easy to access the entire city. The hotel also provides 24-hour service and food. The staff are very nice and friendly, making the stay even more pleasant.
