    Outstanding staff- engaging, friendly and warm. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The beds and pillows were A+! I know there were other people staying in the rooms in our hallway because I passed them when coming and going, but I could hardly hear a thing unless it was a door that shut too hard. The hotel restaurant was excellent. I had the most delicious 8 oz sirloin steak that came with veg and mashed potatoes. It was so delish that I had the exact same thing the next day too. And only $25 for a premium tasting steak dinner. Can’t beat that! Plus, the waitress was top notch too! Breakfast was as expected for a continental breaky, but there was also a waffle maker which always hits! I was in a hotel for an event and I really appreciated that they kept coffee in the breakfast room all day. I never had to leave the hotel for anything in my stay.

    We requested a quiet room and got exactly that. The view was over a near rooftop, but we were there to sleep, not watch clouds! Hotel was generally in reasonable condition although the counter in our bathroom had a burn through from something a while back. Wallpaper is beginning to let go near the baseboards. Breakfast was as advertised with good variety and reasonable coffee and juices.Parking access was a bit less than you would want if you were in a larger vehicle, but good for cars and standard vans.

    The common areas of the hotel were fairly modern, and front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was fairly small in comparison to the rest of the room, but everything was adequate. The bed was soft but springy, but it wasn't noticeably lumpy and I got a good sleep. The thermostat was a little bit odd and hard to control, I woke up several times during the night to adjust it. Overall I would stay here again.

    The bed was very comfortable. The stuff are very nice the breakfast was perfect 👌 I never thought that they have excellent breakfast. It’s very organize buffet and lots of choices. If you compare the breakfast to other Hotel this is a good deal!     After spending almost a whole month travelling and staying exclusively at Choice branded hotels, this one was really average. We were here for the best part of a week, with two rooms, and found the staff somewhat disinterested - best staff member was Daniel at breakfast! We encountered a difficulty which would have been super easy to offer exceptional customer service on - but were very disappointed with the response of the general manager. Whilst a favourable response was not mandatory, he missed an easy chance to show some kindness and compassion, and customer care. Disappointing.
