This property is located 5 minutes from the harbour and the beach. The nearest links to the public transport network are 100 m and it is just 6 km to the Herault River and the Lac du Salagou. It is 8 km from the centre of Cap d'Agde and from the nearest nightspots, shops and the train station. Sète and Béziers are 25 km away, Pézenas is 30 km and it is 65 km to Montpellier and 70 km to Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert.
