This hotel is situated on Pennsylvania Avenue, in Washington DC's fashionable West End. Guests will find the nearest restaurants and bars on the doorstep and the shops of Georgetown Park are a 15-minute walk. The US Capitol is 12 minutes' drive, and the hotel is conveniently placed for the metro, with Foggy Bottom/GWU station 2 blocks away and Union Station (Amtrak) just a short taxi ride from the hotel. Reagan National and Washington Dulles airports are also only a short drive away.

The hotel has 240 non-smoking rooms, which are located on 8 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock.
