This futuristic-style hotel is situated in the centre of the city, within metres of Corso Garibaldi. Countless shops, bars and links to the public transport network are within metres of the hotel's entrance. Nightclubs are approximately 1.5 km away. The sea is 3 km away and Naples airport just 6 km, 15 minutes drive from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel was built in 1820. 57 rooms, including junior suites, 16 single rooms and 40 double rooms, are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and French-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     We stayed in this Best Western Plaza hotel from April 7 to the 14th for a trip to explore the Neapolitan Riviera and all that it had to offer. This hotel is a perfect haven of quiet and calm in the insanity of Naples.We loved Naples, but we loved coming back to the Plaza every day after a long day of walking, trains, museums, buried cities. The Plaza rooms are very clean, with comfortable beds, well furnished and perfect for a holiday in the area. The actual area around the hotel has seen better times but that is like a lot of Naples,it's what makes Naples unique. Great staff, perfectly safe, from reception to cleaning, everything was first class.     I recently stayed at this hotel and had a genuinely wonderful experience, made even more memorable by one exceptional member of staff who truly went above and beyond which was Gianfranco. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly, but it was during my stay that their kindness really stood out. They took the time to notice the small details—remembering my name, checking in to make sure everything was perfect, and offering thoughtful recommendations that made my visit even more enjoyable. At one point, when I had a minor issue with my room, they handled it quickly and professionally, ensuring it was resolved without any inconvenience to me.What impressed me most was their genuine care and enthusiasm. It didn’t feel like standard customer service—it felt personal.     Nice hotel nrar Puazza Garibaldi. Clean rooms, good breakfast with roof terrass.
