    Customer ServiceTropics Eight suitespenangDear Tropics Team,I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express our gratitude for the wonderful stay we had at Tropics. We took 7 rooms last week on Friday. The atmosphere was perfect, and the staff was exceptionally especially the front desk helpful and courteous throughout our visit.However, I would like to bring to your attention some concerns we experienced with the breakfast options during our stay. We found the menu to be lacking in variety, as it seemed to repeat itself each day. Additionally, I would like to respectfully request that you ask the kitchen staff to consider changing the oil used in food preparation. They also provide the same food for two days directly and when we asked, we were told the food is limited. The staff is very rude also. Unfortunately, after one morning’s breakfast, my child experienced vomiting, which led us to stop eating breakfast altogether.While these issues dampened our experience, please know that we still hold Tropics high regard and believe it remains one of the best Suite we have visited. kind advice please don't spoil your property value by providing cheapskate quality of restaurantThank you for your attention to these matters. We look forward to hearing your thoughts and hope for improvements on our next visit.Warm regards,

    before i booked i chat the hotel, which one the room has sofabed, they answered premier room and period not mention terms and condtsoo i booked that hotel by tiketedotcomand when i came, the fact that the sofabed is lock and we must pay if we want use that sofabed, shock!the first hotel i heard about that, and there is no info before, simply when i chat about asking sofabed, the hotel can explained it to me. feel like scam!!if there is that condition i prefer booking under this room and pay for real extrabed!!and the hotel, just like dont want to hear the critic, just to dont care!!!just think 1000x if you want stay in here, unfortunetly i already booked for 4 days, and the worst decision!!service really bad

    Beautiful, spacious and clean apartment. Check-in and out was easy. Staff were helpful. Need to put RM200 as deposit during check-in. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Complete kitchen utensils. There is a microwave and electric kettle in the apartment. Location was good, centrally located in town. However, the only negative side of the apartment is its parking space. Very small and limited bays. Quite difficult to park the car.

    We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. There is a foul smell in the room with the balcony if you turn the air-con to higher degree e.g. 26degree.According to the hotel, the 2 bedroom suite is only available in lower floor & facing the main road with vehicles passing by every now & then. if you are a light sleeper, then i suggest you not to take this room configuration. The staffs in the front desk are friendly & there is 24hour security. Also very convenient to get grab.nearby there is a night market (food) and breakfast cafe. but overall i will not choose to come back due to the noise near the main road.

    Worst Experience, do not stay!

    Horrible service, worst than bnb apartments.To top it off, there was no hot water on 16 August and we informed the staff. When we came back past midnight, it was not fixed at all and had to shower cold during late night.No housekeeping services, extra amenities have to be paid.Worst experience ever.
