    Very clean hotel in calm place. Real 3 stars. Easy to get by car. Very kind personal. Direct reservation is cheaper than on Booking. Excellent breakfast. Very good shower accessories, even with body lotion! Only great experience!

    Hotel nice, rooms clean and spacious with newly decorated en suites. Food was good, especially buffet style breakfast. As we had coach booked each day cannot comment on distance to city centre.     We were here as a part of a big group. I was a bit afraid when I read most of these reviews. But- this hotel was great. Super clean, easy to access by tram+bus from the center. Breakfast- great choice, try to avoid rush hour (8.30-9.30). Room are bit outdated, but you have everything you need. Wi fi is a problem- poor connection or no connection. , Właściciel at Krakus Hotel, responded to this review Thank you very much for these nice words. Sometimes an object is confused with another...We try to raise the standard of the facility and improve what can be. Thank you for any comments. We have already improved the internet connection.     Ups:- Rooms are well appointed - breakfast very good with a good selection of cold cuts, cheeses, hot eggs, good coffee and tea, fruits and dried fruits. Very good value for money. - Not too far from the city centerDowns None.     Quite a good hotel, nice and big bathroom, comfortable rooms. terrible smell from outside some nights, average cleaning. breakfast was good, wi -fi didn't work on the 3rd floor, the staff at breakfast seemed unhappy, they never smile. , Właściciel at Krakus Hotel, responded to this review Thank you very much for your comments - we are trying to change and improve our services, so every comment is helpful for us.
