    Surprisingly comfortable for a small hotel

    Location wise, was a tad far from the MRT, but walkable to majority of the places i wanted to go to. The room i stayed in was spacious and clean, the beds were sufficiently firm, toilet clean and spacious, and there is a proper water dispenser outside for me to top up water. ample furniture for myself and spouse to lounge around in the room.the shower head holder was a bit faulty, it couldnt hold the shower head in place, i had to adjust the water pressure to prevent it from spraying water at the ceiling. the pillows are too soft, had to ask for an extra pillow for proper support.

    房間裏有人睡覺， 餐廳有燈卻不讓人坐， 一定要客人在黑暗裏工作， 不太通人情， 很少有旅館這麽不瞭解旅客有時差問題晚上需要一個公共地點做些事。 又不是去吃飯， 也是全部空著， 卻讓旅客覺得7-11都會待遇好些， 不知道幾千塊都花到那裏去了。 I hope the hotel will understand that travelers when sharing a room often need to have a public place to go to work, without interfering with other guests sharing the room.

    Very nice hotel, but be aware that it is in the red light district

    Hotel is very nice and begins on the 4th floor of the building. The two neighboring establishments are a night club open until 2am and I don't know what the place was on the other side, except that there were doormen, girls, and they were open until the wee hours of the morning. The room was average, but not large. No view outside of the room window. Breakfast food was great with lots of options and good coffee. Taipei does not have what you might call a "true red light district", but the hotel is right in the middle of the red light district of Taipei.

    Pros:- Seems old outside while indoor is surprisingly new.- Free breakfast, good but not great.- With quite some bars nearby.Cons:- Stayed there in year-end, booked late and other hotels were fully booked. Price is 3 times than normal price.- 15 mins walk from Taipei Station, 10 mins walk from nearest MRT station.

    Don’t expect any service from this hotel

    Poor service, decent room but don’t expect service.We checked in as a group this afternoon, the front desk reception is not well trained. She asked us more than three times back and forward of our passport as she is not sure what she is doing. Since we checked in too early, we need to come back to pick up our key, they claim that they need to redo the whole check in process again as they are not sure about the system and deposit arrangements.We are living in a family room and I tried to request one extra pillow. Can you believe they said all pillows are run out….. The rooms are decent but the service here are poor and don’t expect any assistance.
