    Beware the booking software rip-off

    Compact, inexpensive room. But - beware - if you make a mistake in your extension request, they keep all your money and make you pay more to correct the mistake. No "store credit". No refund for a legitimate error, despite you paying for the additional time.

    Room we had was nothing like the pic room was dirty and needed a upgrade. It was very noise air con leaking over tge bed. Shower rubbish. You and shower and sit on toilet at tge same time. But on plus side the staff were great and helpfull. Close to metro station to go and explore

    For the cheap price the hotel is decent enough without being amazing. The location is good here. The room is pretty clean and a small balcony. The bathroom was fine with hit water. Staff are friendly enough. There is a kettle in room and free coffee in reception too. It's a great area of Bangkok to stay.

    What should I say ❓🤔It's not really bad and also not good. Just fair ‼️ Do not expect a high standard of hygiene or cleanliness. It is located in the heart of Bangkok on Rama 4 Road near Lumpini , Sathorn and Silom. Not far from the main road and close to MRT Klongtoei Station. Old style room but comfy bed with a really good WIFI. A shower bathroom with high pressure water. Good air con. Hotel itself " no elevator " so whoever travels with big baggage, you may need to reconsider

    terrible hotel! everything is dirty, there were ants in my bed! there is no cleaning, there is no elevator. the walls are cracked, there are streaks everywhere, furniture is broken. when asked to replace the room due to ants in the bed, I was offered a room with a huge yellow spot on the beda terrible impression and a spoiled vacation
