  Booked through hotels.com as a couple.Arrived and was told by a horrible rude gentleman on the desk that couples not married cannot stay.There were no rules about this on the app and the guy wouldn’t speak to use again waving his hand away.Absolutely disgusting struggled to find a hotel near by as was busy with the Istanbul marathon.Beware if not married

  We are reached the hotel 20 th of July 2019.This hotel very good location near to tram station. And middle of Laleili bazaar.Very good and big rooms & restroom.Good restaurant big space, breakfast is delicious.Big hall with reception.2 big elevators.

  Good hotel. Very close to different attractions and public transportation which make it easy to move around the city. As for the staff very friendly. Especially as a moroccan we were able to find a nice helpful marocan staff (meryem) who helped us with direction and every other thing we asked.As a hole a good experience.

  I have reached the hotel at 5:30am on the 5th of May,2018 and want to check in as I booked through booking.com, then the check in process took 3 hours to be completed and I’m waiting at the lopy after a long trip, once go to room it’s really with no atmosphere and no cleanliness and you feel like you got to prison. I went down to receptionist and he start shouting on me he is an old man with zero hospitality. I asked for my passport he refused to give it back until paying him, I try to calm down and I don’t want to face any troubles while visiting Istanbul. Anyway he give me another room and I thought for a while it will be better, unfortunately it’s disaster too and impossible to live in ?? I went down to loopy and waiting again, the old man in reception ignored me then I go to him to ask for other solutions as I’m so tired and I need to rest. He through my passport on desk and said go a way and this to be charged on you through your electronic card. Lately I left safe from the hotel looking for another hotel to stay rather than the horrible experience at Benler hotel and the rude staff with bad attitude with the zero cleanliness too. I don’t recommend this hotel ever and if I can I will rated in zero. We are also very sensitive about our room cleaning. Our room is cleaned. We have very nice terrace.   Gorgeous please. .. close to laleli tram station. ..near for grand Bazar ..and sultan Ahmed and the old city. .breakfast great with different kinds of gorgeous food . .. rooms cozy with clean big bathroom... just need to put sign paper ... clean or no need to clean. .. because every day the cleaning stuff open rooms and clean.... .
