Great little hotel - no luxuries but a nice place to rest your tired body after a conference. Friendly staff and good amenities in the room. Shower was strong and warm. There was a tv that I didn’t use. It was on the second floor and walls are a bit thin but no noisy neighbours and no noise from street

Don’t stay here unless it’s v cheap or there’s nowhere else to sleep (even a shop doorway)

Booked 2 nights (partner booked). By the time I’d seen the reviews, we’d passed the free cancellation period. This “hotel” is actually made up of a series of terraced 4 story houses. We checked in at 65, the reception is little more than a cubby hole in the entrance. To be fair, the receptionist was quite pleasant. Right away you can see the public areas are grotty. We were in house 73, a house with mattresses, bin bags and other rubbish stacked up outside. I suspect we were given a refurbished room so god help those getting the non refurbished rooms. Our room was small but tatty. Nowhere to sit and do your hair or makeup. The bathroom appeared new and clean but I nearly head butted the wall when I was wiping my bum whilst sat on the loo as the room was so small! The bedding looked clean although the pillows were grotty. One each, and as thin as a slice of bread. The mattress was grim both in terms of cleanliness and age. I love my OH but don’t want to spend the night rolling towards him. We were given one towel each, no hand towel. It was pretty cold outside but not once did the radiator come on. The room had a weird smell about it, still can’t put my finger on it. The light on the landing flashed on and off all night. Throughout our stay, we didn’t see another guest or member of staff. £80 per night for basically an old bed. A friend stayed the week before and paid £102 per night. So perhaps we were lucky. I simply cannot recommend this place. I’m sure if you book early enough you can get a premier inn for a lot less. The owners should be ashamed of themselves.

    OK

I stayed three nights at their place. Small but clean room, it seems recently renovated. Good Wi-Fi. A useful small fridge in the room, a tiny TV, useless as long as there aren't any interesting channels (some music channels would be great...). Also there is a kettle, coffee, tea, milk and sugar. The armchair in the room, worn and dirty. The facade is under renovation, the workers have been making noise since 8:00Bus stop right in front of the hotel. Metro station at 10 minutes away.

    excellent hotel

Very please with the hotel looks like it has had a refurb as very clean and the beds were lovely. Breakfast was continental but plenty of selection. Staff were really friendly and location was perfect bus stopped right out side of hotel and was only two stops to underground station of Hammersmith or 15 mins walk or Goldhawk road the same 15 min walk. Would use again when in London and was very cheap. I was put into no 69 which was still part of the hotel as they had three buildings. Very quite as well only one small problem the maid came into my room on both days while i was sleeping and never knocked even though i had my door double locked.
