Great place to stay if your in London on a budget

    rating15 Feb 2026

Stayed here for 2 nights with my friends. Great rooms, very affordable prices and a great location. Stayed here last year and we will probably be back. Right next to the pub as well which is always nice. Lovely and accommodating staff there too.

    Think again!!!

    rating08 Sept 2025

Room 303 PositiveThe hotel was central to London, allowing us to get around. The bed was comfortable, only a comforter was available to use. No individual sheets. To think about-3 person bedroom, one twin and one full bed right next to one another, left maybe a foot to move around in front of and between beds. Air conditioning didn’t stay on consistently. When on, it was very moist, leaving items in room moist to touch. Dust coming through vents, covered items. Didn’t notice until last day that my mattress was stained. Gross!!Bathroom has a small pedestal sink with nowhere to store items. No outlets in bathroom. Bath towels consist of body and hand. They do not have flannels, which we call washcloths. Trying to bathe with a wet hand towel was very heavy. Just remember there’s no sitting area in reception area and no elevators. Was told they would store our luggage upon arrival until room was ready. We left to explore for the day, coming back 6 hours later and our luggage was sitting in the hallway. That’s not safe. A slight language barrier, as their English was not proficient. Not worth $300 a night!!!!

The location is great. Small Hotel near Victoria Station

    rating22 Jun 2025

I like the location because it is close to Victoria Station. The main reason I chose this hotel was it is walking distance from coach station. I think it is about 10 minutes walking. There are so many options to eat nearby apart from the shops at the Victoria station..There are so many cafes and shops nearby (on Warwick Wy), including Nero, Tesco and Sainsbury.... and more ! NERO is open early at weekdays. Breakfast isn't included but very simple packed bread and coffee is available upon request as of May 2025.Clearing isn't daily service, it is up on request.Although Wi-Fi is available in your room, it could be a bit slow. The rooms are small, the door of bathroom can't be open fully because bed is blocking but it is a proper hotel. I had a good stay. The room I stayed in has windows.ACHair dryersmall closetDeskTVSafeWi-FiComplimentary coffee/teaElectric kettleI wish they can equip a mii fridge, though.I am not sure if the safe is working, I didn't use it in the end. The wall is very thin and you will have to bear the noise from next room if inconsiderate guests are staying. 22:00 - 07:00 is a quiet time as a house rule. Day 1, next room was very noisy as they were talking in front of the doors. There is no lift. It is 4 story's building. It was challenging to bring up and down my suitcase. There is no public space at this hotel sadly. There is no sofa or chair even at the reception area, which is a bit disappointing part.Although you can leave your luggage before/after check-in/out, you just leave them in front of stairs. There is no proper storage room. My room was rear side but I could see London eye

It’s alright for an overnight stay

    rating03 Jun 2025

It was ok, been to better, been to worse. We were only on the room for 9 hours in total so no real gripes. The room met our need of given the kids their own bed and the us our own bed too. The bathroom was shoe horned in lovely shower, slow draining. Sink and a loo that I had to sit sideways onto as I’m over 6 foot.I’d say the price was reasonable considering its proximity to the theatre and the tube. The one gripe is that continental breakfast is advertised in the hotel,However when we asked where we could get it from, we were told they don’t do this any longer.Luckily we there are cafes and a Wetherspoons located nearby so we didn’t go hungry. The staff were friendly, so no complaints there.Would we stay there again, probably yes, but would take some snacks with us

Good location ruined by poor cleanliness and broken lights.

    rating01 Apr 2025

One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Twice there were piles of items left in the narrow hallway outside my door which was a clear trip hazard. The disgusting bed pillows on arrival were covered in chocolate and stains from the last person who used them, and had to be given to reception. Black hairs found under the covers which neither of us have that hair colour so it wasn't from us.The bedside lights either didn't work or flickered like a disco so it was impossible to read a book when we tried to settle into bed. Tried to dry my hair and the hairdryer holder fell out of the wall. Base of the bed was not connected so I ended up catching my foot on it when I was trying to plug a phone charger in, and then none of the channels worked on the wonky TV when I finally did get into bed.The one positive is that the location was near the theatre. Would avoid this hotel. Rooms are like a walk in closet, and so small that the beds are pushed against the walls, with grubby stains all over from people's hands.
