    Wonderful night after dealing with Spring Break traffic from Illinois. James greeted us at the desk and I saw him again next morning with a smile on his face . So thankful for the Pack and Play provided!Penny at breakfast was so sweet and accommodating. Everyone was so nice!Will definitely stay here again!

    Fell short of Hampton experience. Blinds were broken, small stain on linen (I didn't notice until the morning light). Poor AC output. Maybe I just had a bad room. It needed some overall attention. Shower was nice. Extra charge for parking (did not expect this). Breakfast was typical for Hampton but hostess had a tip jar out, and was working for tips. One night stay, passing through.Hampton is our go-to when traveling, but we would honestly pass on this one. -miami125

    Leaving this as a 2 star review, but truthfully it should be no stars. The communication after what happened at this hotel was minimal and dismissive at best. Let me start by saying my cats have traveled all over the U.S. and have stayed at many hotels from the west to east coast. They’re show cats, so their treatment and care when we travel is taken very seriously. We go to the hotel and we go to the show, that’s it. This particular room did have a strong odor of cleaning products when we got there, and I also woke up with a horrible sore throat by the second day of being there. After my current Maine Coon and I traveled to a show a couple weekends ago, he ended up with a terrible chemical burn on his nose after staying in this hotel. Getting information from the hotel about products they used was like pulling teeth, which is frustrating when you’re actively trying to figure out how to stop a reaction to a chemical. As someone who works in the field of veterinary medicine, it’s known that even failure to clean a product off a surface adequately can cause something like this, and cats are much more susceptible than dogs. My cat was seen by three separate veterinarians that all agreed this was a reaction to a chemical and if a quat based product is used, it can cause burns and ulcers on cats. We were told that the hotel uses ecolab and a quat based product is used. The hotel claims pets have been fine in the past, and of course if it was dogs primarily that makes sense since they don’t have similar reactions to that product. The hotel told us cats staying there have been fine, but honestly, I doubt the average cat owner would know what this was if they had the same thing. When you travel with cats often and you work in vet med, you become very aware of the things around you for the sake of your animals. My cat is coming close to the end of his show season and every show counts when you’re competing with thousands of cats internationally. The investment into him is well over $25,000 at this point, and it’s frustrating to have a single stay jeopardize all of that right at the end. The show has done their part, and all things used (as expected) were pet safe, but I cannot say the same for Hampton. Included are photos of my cat’s nose and daily progression along with photos of the cleaning products.     My wife and I highly recommend this hotel. It is very clean, quiet, and friendly. The breakfast is awesome, and Mrs. Penny, our breakfast server, is outstanding. Her personality reflects the greatness of the Hampton Inn. We will definitely stay here again.

    Very nice modern hotel easy to find from interstate seems like they have had a remodeling lately as far as I could tell only problem i had was with the in room coffie pot which is acheap piece of junk Debra a very nice lady figured it out for me then helped carry it back to room Very sweet lady
