    We were here for a family trip just to enjoy the place. Try different food and just have a good moment. Good memories.

    The place was clean and nice stuff was very friendly we will definitely come back to this place to spend some time in Family. The airport is closed and there is a lot of good places here to enjoy. I recommend people to try these Hotel. The price is very good. I promise you you will enjoy it. You will thanks me later.     Hotel from Hell

    This hotel should be torn down and a new one put up in its place….it smelled dank and funky from the moment we walked in. The key card sleeve was notebook paper fashioned into a sleeve. The young man at the front desk was lethargic and seemed high or drunk.     Horror movie scene!

    Horrifying!! If you are looking for the next set for a horror movie, this place is it! Dirty, disgusting, and the clientele it attracts is just the same.     Roach infested rooms. Had to be switched out of two rooms due to roaches. Dirty sheets. Horrible hotel would not recommend.     THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO.The incident happened at: Clarion Hotel & Conference Center (NY578) 3845 Veterans Memorial Highway Ronkonkoma, NY 11779My booking was for 7/26/25-7/28/25. But due to an unacceptable stay and lack of service I left on 7/27/25 and was refused a refund. The staff was not helpful and dismissive. There were also police officers onsite due to problems at the hotel. I experienced the following unacceptable conditions:1.Refrigerator Not Working: I reported this issue and was told that a refrigerator is a "courtesy" and not guaranteed. If that’s true, it should be made clear at booking.2.Room Phone Not Working: The in-room phone was completely nonfunctional, which is a basic safety and service requirement.3.Unsecured Building Door: The exterior door to the building would not secure, causing me to feel unsafe on the property.4.Damp Floor: The room’s floor was damp, further reducing comfort.5.Lamp Not Working: One of the lamps in my room was broken.I brought these concerns to the attention of the front desk after my first evening, but nobody addressed them or offered solutions. When I informed staff of my intent to check out due to these persistent problems, I was told that I would not receive a refund for the second night. Additionally, they refused to provide me with a receipt indicating that I checked out earlier than planned due to these issues.The onsite manager was unhelpful and, again, denied a refund for the unused second night. I returned later in the evening to speak with another staff member, but the response was the same.
