All Inclusive Couples Holidays to Croatia

The islands give couples quieter coves, harbour evenings and boat trips, though transport between them needs planning.

• Vis: Vis is a remote island that was closed to foreigners under the Yugoslav army until 1989, and it remains less developed than many of its neighbours. Its quieter beaches and small harbour make it appealing for couples who value privacy over nightlife. Travellers reach the island by ferry from the mainland port, so the crossing needs to be factored into the length of your stay.
• Korcula: Korcula is a walled island town that can be reached by ferry from Orebic, as well as from the historic city to the south that many travellers use as their gateway into the Adriatic. It is often cited as the birthplace of Marco Polo. Its harbour restaurants suit an evening out, and its calmer pace is a clear alternative to the bigger tourist hubs. Couples should expect fewer large resorts here, so accommodation is more likely to be a small hotel than a full all inclusive complex. Consider Croatia all inclusive holidays if you want a larger package hotel.
• Mljet: Mljet is a forested island with a national park of saltwater lakes, reached by ferry from the nearby mainland gateway. Its quiet walking routes and swimming spots make it a good choice for couples who want nature rather than resort entertainment. The island is less developed than the busier islands, so we recommend booking accommodation early and checking ferry timings in advance.
• Brac: Brac is the island of Bol and the pebble beach at Zlatni Rat, which changes shape with the wind and currents. Its ferry crossing from the mainland port is short enough to make day trips realistic, and its resort areas offer a mix of quiet hotels and waterfront dining. Couples who enjoy beach walks and gentle swimming will find it a balanced island option, and our Croatia beach holidays page lists options across the coast.
• Trogir island: Trogir is a small medieval old town on an island linked to the mainland, with a historic centre listed by UNESCO and sited a short drive from the regional city centre. It offers a compact and atmospheric base for couples who want evenings in a stone-built town. Its accommodation is smaller in scale than the big island resorts, so it suits couples wanting a calm stay.
