Luxury Holidays to Greece

Our most requested luxury stays are on islands with established hotel scenes, strong flight links and a reliable choice of standout villas.

• Santorini: Santorini is our flagship luxury island, where cliff-edge suites in Oia look across the caldera towards the volcanic rim. Many of our properties offer infinity pools and sunset terraces, and the island is well served by direct flights from several UK airports during the season. The trade-off is that the villages become very busy in the evenings in peak months, so we recommend booking a room with a private terrace where you can watch the sunset in comparative calm. We think it remains the most dramatic setting in the Aegean. It is exactly the brief our Santorini holidays deals are built around.
• Mykonos: Mykonos pairs boutique hotels in Mykonos Town with beach clubs along the south coast, so you can move between quiet sunrise swims and late dinners without leaving the island. Our luxury properties here tend to sit close to the old harbour, where the traditional windmills and Little Venice are within an easy walk. Prices rise sharply in July and August, and the nightlife is lively, which suits some guests and not others. We recommend Mykonos for travellers who want a sociable, stylish base with excellent restaurants, the same brief our Greece Adults Only Holidays deals are built around.
• Paros: Paros offers a more understated luxury experience than its better-known Cycladic neighbours, with beaches along the west coast and a calm, well-kept harbour atmosphere. Our hand-picked hotels here are generally smaller and quieter, with pools, breakfast terraces and easy access to excellent local tavernas. Ferries from Piraeus take several hours, so the journey is longer than a flight to a major island, but the reward is fewer crowds and a more relaxed pace. It suits guests who value calm over nightlife.
• Rhodes: Rhodes combines luxury resorts on the east coast with the medieval Old Town, which is a short drive from the best hotels. We can arrange properties at Ixia, where the beachfront is quieter than at the busier resort of Faliraki, roughly a short drive away. The island receives direct flights from UK airports, which keeps the journey simple for families and couples alike. Our advice is to book a room with a sea view and a short taxi ride to the medieval streets for evening walks. It is exactly the brief our Rhodes holidays deals are built around.
• Crete: Crete is Greece's largest island and offers luxury hotels along its north coast near Agios Nikolaos and Elounda, where calm bays and boutique properties sit beside clear water. The island's landscapes move from mountains to long beaches, and the food scene is among the strongest in the country. Its main airport serves the island, but drive times between regions can be lengthy, so we would advise choosing one base rather than moving between several. We think Crete suits travellers who want history, food and varied scenery in one location. It is exactly the brief our Crete holidays deals are built around.
