Dreams Riviera Cancun experience!

I met a friend at resort for the week, and it was a first time for both of us staying at any of the Dreams/Secrets resorts. This resort met all of our expectations from the Management team who came by our table at the various restaurants (they would ask if everything is good ensuring you were enjoying the meal and service) to the staff who were generally speaking excellent and happy to help! Here is a simple breakdown of the various areas: Entertainment 10 Food 9 Spa 9 Fitness 9 Rooms 9 Management 10 Resort design 10 Coffee shop 10 Japanese rest 10 Lobby Bar 9 Thanks to Fanny and Carla who were the instructors for Aqua fit classes, lots of fun! Thanks to Omar for ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. And thank you Greggorio, Jessica and Adrien.. The management team at this resort do their best to have their Guests really enjoy their vacation and want to make sure you are happy with all aspects of this beautiful resort. I would definitely go back!

Terrible experience We pay an insanity amount of money to come and have a good time my GF got intoxicated with their ( Open bar ) Wells / Water / Contaminated drinks They cant even provide Basic healthcare or medicine with all the millions they make already , you have to come out of pocket for anything medical and its beyond expensive, to Top it off if you want quality food or drinks ... you have to pay that , its not included LOL , so basically you are at at all in with contaminated water & food , but you can eat better and drink better if you pay. NO SHAME

Restaurant were closed for dining certain nights which is expected with weddings happening. But no notice is given in advanced to plan accordingly in order to try and every restaurant during stay. Personal happen to be 2 restaurants closed that we wanted to eat at last night of stay. Was promised and receive receipts our spa was paid for with promotions. Soon as we walked in for reservation, we were told we owed more money before we got treatment. Not a relaxing way to enjoy spa treatment
