5 star hotel that delivered

Wow! What a hotel. The level of attention from the friendly and welcoming staff is a credit to the hotel. Family of 4 , kids pools are good and do the job for all ages. We went all inclusive (first time ever) and best decision we made. Food is a whole different level. The buffet has a huge selection which changed daily and the 4 a la carte restaurants were excellent. Premier drinks and no limit on what you get. I haven’t reviewed a hotel before but this one had to be spoken about. If you’re a family looking for a clean, fantastic hotel. This one delivered for me.

My sisters and I stayed at the Zafiro Palace April 2024 in one of the penthouse suites. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff are all excellent and nothing seems a problem. We were all inclusive plus and we enjoyed the food in the buffet and a la carte restaurants. We are planning to return this year. First class hotel.

Lovely hotel in great location

Just back from a week in this hotel. The hotel itself is lovely; really nicely decorated and clean. We were greeted at reception with a glass of cava and bags brought to the room. We went for the swim up pool room, which was really nice, with a big terrace. Unfortunately the pool was way too cold to get into, which was a huge shame. Bed is huge and very comfy and shower was great! The air conditioning couldn’t be turned on, which we were told was due to the time of year. This was our biggest issue with the hotel as was still too hot, particularly as we had a baby with us. The door to the room had to be left open all day into late evening and we then got lots of midge bites. Pools looked lovely and 2 kids pools were just outside our door, which were ‘heated’ but far too cold for our baby (as well as myself!). We therefore tried the indoor pool, which is also supposed to be heated but again way too cold for myself and our baby. Breakfast was quite good, having the usual you would find at a buffet. It is the same every day but a good variety. Food could be warmer. We didn’t eat in any of the restaurants. The location was really good, just minutes from lots of bars, shops and restaurants. O’Neills Irish bar just outside is very good and there is a very handy supermarket just outside the hotel as well. Would definitely stay here again but possibly a month or so later. Hopefully the pools would therefore be warmer and air conditioning working!

We like the course in the morning with Jhoangel and the evening activities with the entertainment team. The easy bear was really cool for the children and the swimming
